has anyone living in the NYC metro area had a BAD allergy year and Sept. specifically?

I am not in the NYC area as a residence, but I do travel through NY often and this September has been horrendous! The Golenrod is out in FULL FORCE RIGHT NOW. It is very difficult for us allergy sufferers.

The best medicine I have found off the shelf is Claritin 24. It is so $$$ though - like $15.00 for 10 pills! Wow! You know what? I buy it because it works and because this September has been horrible and I have been suffering for so long.

Well I don't live in nyc but yeah it has been a bad allergy season where I'm at. I'm in eastern ky. It sucks
I dont live in NYC but I always suffer from allergies in September. I must admit that this year was not so bad as last year, not even in September.

I'm in SW PA and have been sneezing my head off for the past month and a half!!! Wal Mart brand of Claritin has worked (when I remember to take it!). It is about $10 for 30 tablets.
