rash on legs (ankle area and above)?

I've already asked this but anyway, I get some pimples on my legs. Pimples look just like mosquito bites and are itchy too. People answered that it might be flea bites but I'm very doubting about that, why would fleas bite only this part of my body?

Could be flea bites, at first they go for the ankles because they can hide in the socks. Though almost always they end up some where else. Itchweed will leave tiny bubbles that resemble pimples but they itch like heck. Could be laundry detergent as well. Just put some hydrocortisone cream on it and see if it helps and take 2 benedryl tablets whenever it's driving you nuts, just don't itch it:) Good luck.

Do you have animals in your home, or have you recently walked thru grass or weeds that could have touched this part of your body? Apparently you are allergic to something - time to visit the doctor!

It could be eczema. It can be triggered by nerves. I know this because my sister had the problem. Looks like you need to go to the Doctor.
