What are some natural headache remedies??

I've been getting some wicked headaches and the doctors can't seem to figure out why I get them and why I can't get rid of them. Does anyone have some/or know of some natural remedies or what not that might work?

2 panadol for starters try a cool wet face washer on forhead
I know caffeine combats headaches, have a strong coffee, it works for me
Apply heat to your forehead. Massage the skin between your thumb and pointer finger. Its goofy but usually eases it a bit. Also my great grandma always said to pinch the skin under your nose for a minute to ease pain.
rubbing your hand between your pointer finger and your thumb on that skin. Pepperment on the tempils.Hope you feel better.
