Issue If you have done it or know of someone who has done this, was is successful? Any side effects at all? Best Tip To clear my lymph system, I prefer massage! I've done the cleanses, and they do the job; but if you specifically ask the massage therapist to concentrate on the lymphatics, it works very well. If you experience discomfort during the massage, that may mean that you'll need more than one to completely cleanse the system. MAKE SURE you drink plenty of water afterwards! Others If you are in good health then there is really no reason to do this, it is just a waste of money. If your lymph sytem was not working properly you would know about it!! |
