Issue does similasin restrict blood vessels? and if it does why doesn't it cause rebound redness, visine does? Best Tip Visine ingredients include Boric Acid, which is normally fine in the intended dosage, but some people are hyper-sensitive to it... Visine always irritated my eyes, but Clear Eyes was good.
