Wisdom teeth coming in?

In the very back of my mouth my gum tissue is growing over my molar and it hurts really bad does anyone know from experience if that is a sign I am getting a wisdom tooth in?

Sounds like a wisd-o growing. Get it out. I suffered like that for 14 years because I was waiting for it to grow fully. My dentist finally told me it actually was fully grown. I have had no infections since they were removed, and it didn't hurt cos I was knocked out!

If it hurts back there... more than likely it's your wisdom teeth. when mine were growing in, it's some of the worst aching pains i had ever had... sucking on ice cubes helped me!! just incase you might wanna make an apt with your dentist.. it could be something else! Plus, your dentist will want to know if your wisdom teeth are coming in or not. They will do x-rays to see.
sounds like it unless you have cavity then it might be abcess

Yes It could be your wisdom teeth coming in I remember when mine started coming in a long time ago. I had a lot of pain but only on my right side. I actually just had mine taken out in July.
