How long till I pass a molar crownthat I just accidently swallowed? |
Issue It does not have a post but it was an upper molar that the cement seal had broken lose and I swallowed it while eating a sandwich. Best Tip 18 hrs Others It depends upon what else you are digesting and how you normally eat..... 12-30 hours depending on how much fiber you eat. That's funny, sorry.........I bet within the next 15 to 18 hrs. Maybe less...........eat some raisin bran and drink some prune juice. Maybe that will help. Are you planning to reuse it or what? "A day or two." If you want to recover it, you might want to get a "prep kit" for colonoscopy. Why would you want to recover it? It might be able to be recemented - after it is sterillized of course. You might rest easier knowing that it is actually out of your system instead of stuck somewhere creating a diverticulum... allecco, i work in a dental office, and the exact same thing happened. when the guy brought it in, he didnt lie about it at all. we threw it in the autoclave ( oven that cleans instruments , kinda like a pressure cooker ) , n e way we were able to glue it back in his head. when it passes and you take it in to get glued, i wouldn't say it came out of my netherlands. just say something like you were spitting some gum out in the toilet and it fell in or behind the toilet, and that you would like it autoclaved.
