Does anyone else get lumps on the hard palate of there mouth. I think it happens when I am sick?

Issue
They are hard. It almost feels like when your wisdom teeth come in, but they go away. I noticed it seems to happen when I am sick. It always happens in the same two spots and it is symmetric. They are behind the second tooth from the back on both sides. Anyone have any clue? This time the skin on my hard palate peeled first. That never happened before.

Best Tip
I have had this happen on the center of the hard palate. If it is the same thing I have been experiencing, it is most likely lymph nodes getting inflamed during illness. You can have up to 1,500 lymph glands all over your body, several being in your head and throat.

"The lymph system is used by the cells of the immune system. When an attacker such as a bacteria, virus, or cancer cell is picked up by one of the white blood cells, it is brought to the lymph node to be imprisoned and studied. When large numbers of these troublemakers are incarcerated, or when the immune army beefs up its security due to a threat, the bulging barracks can be felt by the doctor." Others
If you still have your wisdom teeth, then that's what it is. I have the same problem. They come and go, mostly when I'm sick.
