What are some suggestions for tuning out the sound of the dental drill? |
Issue I want a dentist who is patient, caring, and who understands how traumatic it be for some people to allow strangers into their mouths. Epecially with that Godforsaken drill/needle. I'm acutally looking for a recommended dentist in Manhattan (NYC) Thanks! You mean "traumatic it is". They should change the sound of that damn drill. It sounds like those circular saws carpenters use to cut wood and stuff. They should change it to something...mellow like classical music or distracting like rap. Just don't bounce your head to the beat. Think of something else SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Just take your iPod. We all know you have one. I offer patients CD's and headphones and after they try that, they usually just bring their own iPod the next time. |
