You may try going to a pharmacy and talking to a Pharmacist and ask him/her for some lactinex. It costs about 10 bucks a bottle. It is a dietary supplement. It comes in a white square bottle with a green label. You take it with milk and it is a cure. It will last for several months if you take it as directed and if after several months it starts back up have some on hand as soon as they start to appear. I never had a problem with them but know a lot of people this has worked for and it does not require a prescription.
