Does using Listerine replace flossing??? |
Issue its because in commericals and on the bottle it saids that Listerine is as effective as flossing. So do i replace flossing with Listerine or do i still have to floss??? Best Tip i don't believe that listerine can replace flossing~ i wish! flossing is icky! but my teeth and gums sure do feel better when i do it regularly .. my gums feel healtheir and don't bleed~ flossing physically removes food in those areas b/w your gums and teeth, that a swig of mouthwash can't~ i try and do a ritual of flossing, brushing, and mouthwash ;P Source(s): http://www.adha.org/news/archives/2005/0... http://www.wavy.com/global/story.asp?s=2... Others no I use listerine too, and you still have to floss NOTHING replaces flossing. Not at all. Listerine just makes your breath smell better and can remove loose food, but flossing gets between your teeth in a way that no liquid, including listerine can. nothing replaces flossing.............NOTHING |
