Issue how can you get your teeth whiter? Best Tip The best thing you can do to whiten your teeth is to see your dentist as he/she has the only ADA approved whitening materials. Crest whitening strips, etc that you can buy over-the-counter have not been approved by the ADA, therefore, I cannot recommend that you use them. As for the whitening toothpastes, at best, they may only remove some of the extrinsic strains on your teeth caused by such things as drinking dark beverages and smoking, they will not actually whiten your teeth. I also would not recommend using those as they are very abrasive toothpastes and could possible harm the enamel of your teeth over time. Also, try Listerince whitening mouth rinse, and Pearl Drops Toothpaste (best whitening toothpaste ever) My dentist told me, this worked better then the $500 treatment she offered. I tried it, and it worked great Brush w/ baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. You can buy several over the coounter products which have been mentioned, but if you are more serious (and willing to spend a little dough) you can go to your dentist to get fitted for a mold for your teeth, and then your dentist can order you teeth whitening products. Each dentist uses different whiteners, there is no "one" best whitener. However, they are pretty painful, basically bleaches your teeth out. Your teeth are sensitive to cold.
