Does green tea stain your teeth? |
Issue I am getting braces so I want to not drink anything that is going to stain my teeth. I am a big tea drinker and was wondering how much green tea stains teeth. Best Tip Yes. But not as much as coffee or black tea. It also depending on how much you drink. Drinking green tea regularly will greatly enhance your health. Unless you are Shrek, Kermit the Frog, or you want your teeth green - avoid Green tea at all cost. Ok, just kidding. Green tea does not stain your teeth. green tea is way too better than the regular one , but with braces u need regular care and attention for ur teeth any dark liquid will cause an increase in stains--immediately brush after drinking it or chewing sugarless gum helps |
