Gums receed because of tartar and decay below the gum line on the teeth. Go get examined by a dentist and get a "deep cleaning" or a "Periodontal cleaning" if you need it. Then brush twice a day with an electric toothbrush like Oral-B (not a cheap one) and use Listerine twice a day. |
