How to gargle with Hydrogen peroxide for wisdom tooth ache? |
Issue A lot of you have said that a good way to ease the pain and avoid infection is to gargle with Hydrogen peroxide. But how? do I dilute it with water or just on its own? Thank you Best Tip I'm 68 years old and have all my teeth. Since I was 17, I've used peroxide to gargle with and to brush my teeth with. I use it full strength . It kills the bacteria in you mouth. Brush your teeth, tongue, gums and roof of your mouth (to remove saliva) before gargling. Also brush with salt and baking soda at least twice a week to remove plaque. Others I assume your dentist told you to do this? Mix 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 (warm) water. You can also use 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water. Try to swish around the area of the mouth where the wisdom teeth are bothering you, top bottom left or right. well i would HOPE u dilute it with water, because Hydrogen Peroxide is quite a strong acid, and it could eat away your gums or you skin inside your mouth! Ive never really heard of gargling with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE for wisdom toothache...the only remedy i know of is gargling with salt water! (maybe you should consult a qualified doctor\dentist before listening to advise form here) Good Morning Aure, I use 50% water to 50% hydrogen peroxcide in a rinse solution and it works as an anticeptic it also helps whiten the teeth over time in repeated use. Just dont swollow it. For the pain either try adult strength Oral Jell or Clove Oil in a small anount at the site until you can get to a dentist. And just for your infomation. If you ever have surgery and the scar later itches during the healing process just apply adult strength Oral Jell to the Scar and it will give it a mild numbing effect reducing the itch altogether. Have a blessed day my friend. Jim Eperience! |
