Won't stop bleeding? |
Issue I had 2 teeth pulled and they won't stop bleeding? I ahve them packed with gause. Any suggestions. Best Tip Take a tea bag, wet it so it doesn't stick to your gums, bite down on it. One hour off, one hour on, until the bleeding stops. Others it will stop in an hour or two. i had three pulled and they topped in less than an hour. see a doctor or contact your dentist if it takes longer than two-three hours. I'd definitely call the dentist back and get it checked. And lay off any aspirin or blood thinners until you do. just continue to add pressure with the gauge. if you continue to bleed one more day, go see the denstist. it might be something else causing the bleeding. you can also try squeeching water around and spitting it out. the bleeding should stop in a day or two. depending on the proceedure they can bleed for quite some time especially if it was wisdom teeth. Put a tea bag in place of the gause it will help stop the bleeding. Directions from oral surgeon who took my wisdom teeth out. hmmm...i dont know call the dentist and ask them thay will probly know.. |
