Can some one tell me how to whiten my teeth with baking soda? |
Issue I'm just wondering how to, if it's safe and if it works! Best Tip This is definitely a safe methods of tooth whitening, although, it does taste quite yucky. Baking soda has been recommended for this for many years, (before all of the bleaching methods and whitening tooth pastes) and is also good to keep bad breath in check. The results are minimal compared to the newer methods but it will not hurt your enamel or cause sensitivity. Others lol. never heard of this peroxide works way better mix with water then brush Dip your toothbrush in water, and then dip it into baking soda and BRUSH!!! floss and scrubb those babies mix it with a little bit of water stick your toothbrush in it and brush spit and rinse yes it does work but takes a long time. Just dip your toothbrush into the baking soda and brush just like you do with toothpaste. |
