I have been facing bad breath problem since last 3 to 4 years? |
Issue I have problem of bad breath or holitosis from past 3 to 4 years. I usually do brushing twice a day and also clean the tounge after brushing, but still the bad breath comes from my mouth. I consulted dentist and he said there is no problem with my teeth. The bad breath is not due to teeth in your case, he also mentioned that it may be due to the problem in respiratory or due to digestive problems. I have no idea what to do, to whom I have to consult now. Can you please suggest me what to do and how to get rid of this problem? Best Tip U have some good suggestions here. Just one thing to add...do u have dry mouth? Dry mouth is actually a very cause of bad breath...even if u have perfect dental hygiene. If u feel this might be the cause then u can get some mouth moisturising gel or saliva substitute from the pharmacy eg. Biotene Oral Balance. They usually contain enzymes to inhibit harmful bacteria Source(s): On the job Others you may have an ulcer in your stomach. you need to se a doctor about your digestive system. they have special medicines for that Floss, brush your teeth, scrape your tongue, rinse with a mouthwash of your choice. Avoid foods that make bad breath, like onions and garlic. If none of that helps, consult your doctor or dentist to see where the smell is coming from. If you do a search on the internet using "bad breath" as your search term, you will find almost five MILLION references. Here's a good place to start: http://www.ada.org/public/topics/bad_bre... The odors from garlic and onions enter your blood stream and then it takes a couple of DAYS before you breathe it all off. As you do this, you will continue to have bad breath. You can only use a mouthwash or breath mint (sugarless) as needed to mask the odor. I have read a lot of answers here saying to eat parsley to get rid of garlic breath, but I have no personal knowledge about that. Try it. drink more water 8-10 glasses will most some bb Brush Your teeth, pal.... it is due to digestive problem |
