dr pepper? toothpulled? and read for cig?

Issue
lol ok its been 22 hrs since i had my wisdom tooth pulled. i havent had much to drink AT ALL AND want to drink dr p? and i wanna cig, any thoughts? I ALREADY KNOW BOUT DRY SOCKET ON THE SMOKING but the paper the dentist gave me says wait at least 24hrs, i guess its ok now?

Best Tip
Be very careful after the 24 hour period has passed. You still don't want to make much of a sucking motion because you still have a lot of healing to do. Make sure you keep up good oral hygene and rinse often with salt water. This will help things to heal faster.

I think the Dr. P is probably safer than the smoking but just to be safe, gently rinse your mouth with water after both.

Others
if the paper says wait 24 hours and you did, then I guess you are ok
Dr. pepper is probably okay, but since you are without nicotine for 24 hrs, that would be a good time to quit. good luck
yesssss you will be fine - when i had my wisdom tooth pulled i had a cig right after (which was hard trying to keep cotton wool ball in and inhale at same time lol) the only thing i wasnt allowed to do was eat or drink for about 6 hours. which i was told by my dentists. so go for it. just give ya teeth a good brush( avoiding the hole lol)tonight and rinse with salt water too .
I thought your problem was in your mouth. Why can't you type anything correctly?
i had four of my wisdom tooth pulled out the same day with , and i smoked, i didnt have dry socket, just dont suck the hell out of your cigarette, lmfao. and also food wise, i ate everything... why starve yourself for? the doctor can say anything, but its your mouth.. you do what you think is right for you.
