In abut 2 -3 days, your friends and family will notice a difference...in a week of so, you'll notice it. Others My dentist told me that whitening toothpastes dont do that great. All they do is get stains on the surface. Usually discoloring is deeper than that. Whitening strips usually will whiten about 1-3 shades, if you are lucky. He suggested Crest Whitening Strips.
