Issue
I have pins and needles in my tongue. Its a very weird and unpleasant sensation. Should I be worried?

Best Tip
This can be anything from "nothing" to a brain tumor. For real. You need to have this evaluated by your dentist, doctor or a neurologust.

Others
Depends. What kind of pins and needles?
Why don't you remove them?
....yes...
If its followed by pins and needles along the rest of your body, mostly the right side. And if you start slurring because your tongues gone numb, or if you cant smile. Call 911 immediately, that is a sign of a stroke.
See a doctor. Could be nothing, could be just an allergic reaction to a new toothpaste or mouth wash or food that you have recently tried. Could be a symptom of meds if you have recently had dental work. Or it could be something more, especially if the tingling is in places other than your mouth, such as your face, hands, and feet
not to sure about having them in your tongue? maybe go see your doctor to be on the safe side or try and find information online
