Lump in front my my Left Ear...? |
Issue A couple of days ago I went in to visit my dentist on my TMJ. After I left that night I noticed a Lump about the size of a marble in front of my Left Ear ( where my jaw line is). Then yesterday I was waking up from a nap, and my Jaw was stuck in an uncomfortable area. I had to force my jaw to go into its normal spot. After I did that I felt a large pain shoot up into my ear. Now I am in severe pain and was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this could be. Best Tip Your jaw is "off the hinges," so to speak. The lump is probably the actual end of the lower jaw bone sticking out of the joint. You need to get back to your TMJ doctor and discuss this with him/her. Others It's probably relevant to your TMJ, tmj can cause pain and headaches when left untreated, go back to your dentist. I'm not a doctor, but what you are saying, kinda sounds like u had an episode of lock-jaw, or it can be a simple infection that can be treated with antibiotics. If you feel like your teeth are killling and your ear is, most likely your middle ear can be swollen due to the teeth. I had a similiar problem recently and found the middle of my left ear was swollen due to the infection i had in my tooth. I feel your pain, and I would rather go into labor 10 times then have any tooth pain or ear pain. Hope you feel better.;) |
