how do you get temporary denture liners out? |
Issue we put over the counter denture liners in my husbands dentures and it turned out to be just one big mess.....well now its dried in the dentures and we cant get it out Best Tip If this was something that you mixed a powder and liquid together and poured it in to the denture to do a reline, you're in trouble. It has to be ground out with the proper tools. If you are handy with a Dremel, go for it. If not, you better go to a dentist (with your tail between your legs) and get it done right, or the denture is nothing more than trash. If it was a denture cushion of some kind, ignore all of the my answer and see what other suggestions you get. Probably soaking them in water, as the previous respondent suggested. Others lol, soak in warm, not hot, warm water for 1/2 hour or so and brush with toothbrush, it may take a git too get it out. Try ultra polygrip for denture, only use a little. Works great, and not too messy |
