how do i reverse this? |
Issue every time i go to the dentist he says my gums are alittle puffy, what do i do to reverse it Best Tip Rinse your mouth with manatee slober....I know it sound grose but just hear me out...three times a day for two weeks. Then go back to the dentist. Your breath will be so toxic the dentist will not be able to get close enough to see if the gums are "puffy". Problem Solved. Just call me the problem solver! :) Others you might need to brush better, and if you have sensitive gums, there is toothpaste that is more gentle for that. dont brush so hard OR floss so deep. or start if you don;'t do either. better yet. ask the dentist! try oral sex you need to brush more often than other people. Two to three times a day with mouthwash and floss. Brush your tongue too. It holds alot of bacteria that can infect your gums. If you don't do this eventually you'll lose your teeth. Use listerine to rinse your mouth after you brush your teeth. It tightens the gums. Instead of only flossing right before you go to the dentist, try flossing daily. |
