What can help my receding gum line. I wont to try and get it back. Can I??

Issue
chew for a long time. noticing the big differenc in my teet-they are getting longer because chewing for a long time erodes my gums-how do ya regrow GUMS?

Best Tip
You have gingivitis, which has nothing to do with chewing. Plaque and bacteria in your mouth are causing your gums to recede. There are other symptoms - bleeding and teeth becoming loose. You MUST floss and use a mouthwash to help control this problem. If it is not treated, it can develop into periodontitis. With this condition, you have receding gums and bone loss. Some bone can be regenerated, if done early enough. Gums CAN NOT be regenerated!!! Scaling can reattach the gum to your tooth, but don't expect huge results. Visit your dentist. Now. Tomorrow is not soon enough. S/he will probably refer you to a periodontist, if necessary. Source(s): Been there, done that. Also, my husband is an engineer in a medical implants company (spinal/bone division)

Others
Stop chewing. Brush and floss. Stop chewing.
get regular cleanings at the dentist and floss
i would call a doctor, but im guessing that you can't regrow your gums. there might be a surgical process that can replace some of it, but i don't know the name of it
Sounds like you have Gum Disease. Are your gums really red?
Go to the dentist because this could be serious if its what i suspect.
They wont grow back but you need to contact your dentist before it gets worse
