Type 1 diabetic no way it will help sufficiently, type 2 might have about 6 different pathways to find a good solution, all involving different levels of diet, exercise, medication, and medical care. From experience, there are herbal alternatives that do work - on a short term only and results may vary from one person to another. Just remember that wroked for others might not work for you.
