"Freshman Fifteen", who's already there?

Issue
"Freshman Fifteen", who's already there?

Best Tip
i've been working out like CRAZY and still i've gained four pounds. If I haven't been working out, I would've had those 15 pounds for sure.

I've actually gotten in better shape, but I'm a guy and I still work out. You just have to view working out like a class you have to attend. Most colleges have free gyms for students or at least an open track, it only takes 30 min - 1 hr to work out and keep the weight off.
I have two girls in college and they actually LOST weight freshman year. They tell me the food is terrible. But they both work out a lot and the youngest one runs five miles a day. Anyway I think they look terrific. Watch the beer at all the parties, that will put the weight on. LOL
I have never understood the "freshman fifteen." I actually gained that AFTER I graduated from college. Between the free gyms and walking to class, college kept me quite fit. Watch out for too much pizza and beer!
