Issue I am 230lbs, 51-48-52 is my measurements. I walk , speed walk and run 2 to 3 miles 5 days. monday through friday. I've dramatically changed my eating habits from eating out every day to skinless chicken and steamed veggies. My portions have been cut pretty much in half and I drink only water and milk. My question is can I lose more than 10 lbs per month and will that be healthy to do? Best Tip yeah, yeah sure sure lady.this as complex as riding a bike. fact, multiply 2X5 then divide it by 3 this will tell you how much weight you can lose within 45days if your workout plan stays true.all research tells of this fact once you put it numerics. so you answer is yes but you must stick to routine. you said 5days of the same workout; IF, i said IF you inrease your days to 7 your goal can be met. your diet is great for this also. must try a body cleanse weekly.CONGRATS MATE. Others the diet which u r following is good.....but drink low fat milk ........and daily exercise on an elliptical trainer .......it really works.......... it will take time firsh you will not notice anything and than bam it will hit you, dont try to looses that much weight as once if you do your body will bounce back and you will gain it all again, you are doing great just keep up what your doing you cant take a "break" from it losing 2lbs of weight/week is the amount that's healthy for the body. so that's about 8 lbs/month. You go girl, I am proud that you can run that much everyday, need to get back in the habit myself! However, you need to be very careful. By losing weight rapidly, your gallbladder has to work overtime to dissolve the fat. You run the risk of gallstones and from previous experience, they are NOT FUN! Best of luck! look up diets on fasting, and even better, the liver, kidney and stomach cleanses. They are healthy, cleansing, and you can lose weight. web |
