How do I get motivated to lose an extra pounds?


Issue
Today i excersized by listening to music and dancing for about 1hour. That was because my sister was on my computer and I got mad so i felt like letting it out in dancing. I'm not fat, but i have extra weight on my stomach that i really want to get rid of. Do u have any advice on how to become more motivated to exercise, because it's hard to mantian doing it everyday. Oh yeah, and i want to have abs, and fit in, since there are alot of skinny girls in my school, and it's my first year in high school. Please help me. Thanks for reading this.

First of all, don't try to "lose weight" because you want to fit in at school... that ain't gonna do it honey. If you want to be healthier, fine... but to meet the standards of a group of high school girls who are judging you by your looks isn't going to get you anything but disappointed. They will ALWAYS find something to critique.... your abs, your hair, your tummy, your clothes... you can't make those girls happy. However, if you want to be motivated to exercise, find something you enjoy doing. Sports? Running? Swimming? Dancing? Take a PE class in high school that will involve exercising in the manner you like. If there isn't a PE class that offers what you enjoy, then I suggest finding a dance studio or a martial arts class and take that. If you "exercise" with people you like, you will also be motivated to do it every day. Eat healthy, exercise moderately, and hold your head up high and be proud of who YOU are...not who those girls in high school say you should be!!!

What works for me is to hang an outfit or item over your bed that you can't fit anymore but wish you could, that way every morning you wake up you see it and it motivates you to wanna lose weight so you can wear it again.

all u have to do is excersice and don't stop eating belive me and eat healthy food
you are too young to be concerned with your weight. you should worry about mostly about your education. but it is ok to want to stay fit, just set a time daily and stick with it. you can do it during your fav show. try 20 crunches a day and slowly increase it. good luck.
