Lactic acid in sore muscles?? Actually, sore muscle is caused by the micro-tear of the muscle and not lactic acid. Sleep is the best remedy, and a healthy diet.
Get them moving again to increase the circulation... may take as long as 10-15 minutes to have them disappear. Have to remember, there is no venous pressure to take those acids away, depends on muscle contraction.
