what are some really good and effective womens chest workouts?

does anyone have experiance with some. and if so, how well do they work and how fast / effective are they?
anything besides push-ups, because thats all i've been able to find.

Best Tip
I am assuming that you are trying to improve the look of your breast area, to give lift and perhaps some increased size without increasing your bodyfat.
If you have access to a gym, or gym equipment, fly exercises will stress the inner (cleavage) area of the chest, bringing your breasts a little closer together.
For lift in the breast area, focus on inclined pressing movements. Incline bench press, incline flys, and yes, the dreaded decline push-ups, with your feet up on a piece of furniture.
