Issue how can i reduce my ab fat with in minimum time? Best Tip I'll have a go at answering this one in completely my own opinion. There's a number of ways. Good way would be to do set's of sit-ups Depending on how fit you are; perhaps 25-40 each day. If not then every other day. Try the sit-ups with your hands behind your head/ears and meet your right elbow with your left knee in the midst of doing one, and alternate so you next meet your left elbow with right knee. Another approach can be to find the Ab machine in the gym if possible. You sit facing straight with two vertical bars in-front perhaps with pads. On this machine you need to twist your body either to left or right whilst legs face forward. Always do same amount for each side. For reducing in minimum time i'd adjust weights to relatively light ones, so that you are able to do more repetitions -between 15-20 before tiring/changing sides. Don't eat too much crap/ fatty food, sweets, chocolate - try slightly healthier food - eat fruit, try bananas and drink a lil' of some good glucose drink after each workout. Others Try dance or walking or playing basketball at least thirty minutes three times a week. Eat less & exercise more. try gettin the 8 min abs vid, its really awsome i use it and got really sexy abs to prove it = ) work it |
