My sister stepped on a small piece of glass. What should I do to treat her?

Issue
My parents are both away, and I can't reach them on their mobile phones. Her foot is bleeding.

Best Tip
I am so sorry to hear that. I am not a doctor but i think i can help you. First clean the wound area with clean water. Don't wrap the wound with bandage because the glass splinters might sill be inside . Apply some antiseptic but don't rub too hard on the wound cause it might push the splinters deeper. If its very serious then i suggest you call up the emergency helpline number. Contact your neighbour or some of your relatives who can help you and immediatly go to a hospital. Good luck.

Others
Get her seen to at once at the emergency room if it is deep or if the glass is still in there.
Call 911 if necessary.
you shouldn't treat her, a dr. should
Put her foot in some water.. clean it up and wrap it up in a towel and elevate it..... (do you think the glass is still in there?)
clean the wound well and add any anti septic and if u r afraid give her an injection of anti tetanic sera
,Put her leg in ice. When bleeding stops apply Savlon or Iodine ,Give her tetanus injection.,
1) remove any glass pieces that you can see on her feet
2) Clean the wound with warm water
3) Tie a cloth on the wound to stop the bleeding
4) ask her to lie down on the bed with the injured feet resting on a pillow..the idea is that the feet is above the rest of the body and so the bleeding would reduce
5) keep calling your parents and check if someone can help you to go to a doctor..
