*Health Issues>>>First Aid issues>>>How come I always feel that there is a particle in my eye? |
Issue i sometimes feel this irritation underneath my eyelid as if something was scratching. is there? Best Tip have someone flip your eyelid and check for an eyelash that is growing from the inside of your lid - my mother complained for months that there was something in her eye until finally I convinced her to let me have a real hard look - when I flipped the eyelid I saw an eyelash growing there - got the tweezers and plucked it out - she has not had any problems since. Others there is probably a little cyst on your eyelid or a very light hair you can't see. You see a eye doctor. Because there is a particle in your eye. GameGiver slays! Maybe you have something in your eye, which is not readily visible. In addition to the other things mentioned here, you could have chronic"dry eye." Do you wear contacts? If so, the obvious thing would be of course to put in a new pair, or clean those. You may have a scratch on your cornea or a little cold in the eye. I would wash the eye really well with saline solution and keep it as lubricated as you can during the day. You might also have "dry eye", especially if you have allergies. I have a mild case of dry eye and have to lubricate the eyes really well in the morning and at bedtime, and often during the day as well. If the feeling persists for more than a week, I would see an opthalmologist, just to be sure... your eyes are very precious! |
