I need to gain weight...?

Issue
I have always been skinny, but now I feel like it's at an unhealthy level. I'm 5'6" or so, and I weigh like 102 lbs. My whole family has an amazing metabolism. I've tried Whey protein, mixed with like whole milk and ice cream... I eat everything under the sun, enough to possibly feed a small army. I enjoy being outside and staying in shape, but I dont think this is a shape... lol.

If anyone can help, I'd like to gain some weight.
meal plans, suggestions, comments very much appreciated.

you can sleep more, eat more and do more sport. It is health. It is healthy for you.
Id go for lots of pasta. With lots of sauce and lots of cheese.Lasagna, speghatti, ravolis...lol. I recommend cooking everything at home though, and trying not to go out too much, because even though you will put weight on fast, trans fat and whatnot is uber bad, even for the skinny. Maybe you should try visiting a dietitian, or asking a trainer if you have one. Lucky lucky person to be so thin :D Good luck!
hmmm, get something that has alot of Fat. get alot of those, you will be lil fatter, BUT!!! you must also exercise, because if you dont and just eat a bunch of food with alot of fat, you will go obese later in life, so eat alot of food like Fast Food, and excerise it, so some fat can be burn into energy, and build up muscle. I'm not sure about this. but talk to your doctor, and if your in high school, talk to the High School Health Teacher (if yoru school has Health class)
I was very skinny too then began to
eat protein. fat is not good even if your intention is to gain weight. sorry if i can't help. you are thin, it is just your body's choice. go to a nutritionist to set up a personal plan.
First of all, I don't mean to be mean, but 102lbs for 5'6" is not that skinny, like Kate Moss skinny. I am just a little over that weight and I'm 5'5". However if you are still conscious about your weight, try some monohydrate creatine. Women cannot naturally create muscle but they can increase their size. Creatine encourages your muscles to retain water, making them swell and adding to your weight. It also means you can do weights training harder, for longer and recover quicker. Englarging your muscles will add to your size and weight.
