How can you be on a diet as a teen?

Issue
I try to eat heathy and I play soccer so it's not like i don't get exercise but I would like to lose weight in my face and stomach. It's hard cause I always have the munchies but I really don't need any food. I feel kinda fat because my jeans get to tight but my mom says all my weight is muscle. I need to know how to get rid of face and baby fat without starving myself to death? Any Sugguestions? Please!

Best Tip
Soccer is great but usually it make your your leg muscles stronger...If you can do like about 150 sit-up a day and then more, you might be able to lessen or completely lose the fat in the belly area. And about the diet, eat lot of veggies...NO JUNK FOOD...god, everytime I eat a bar of candy I always thought I was eating my whole lunch at once since it has so much calories and fat. Try run like a mile or two each week too, I ran 5 miles everyday and it did wonders for me. Good luck =]

Others
don't bother, if you're healthy, that's cool. diets are terrible.
You said it yourself

BABY FAT.

It will go when you fully mature
eat halthy food like fruits and vegetable with
eat food with low calories
Avoid the packaged snacks, junk food and soda. Most teens do fine except for their snacks. Stick with fruits, raw veggies and nuts for snacks and your diet will be great.
This makes me so sad! i have read so many questions about young girls thinking that they need to lose weight.Seriously don't worry about it if your are healthy and active that is all that matters and depending on how old your face hasn't matured yet. So stop stressing about the little stuff.
remember what diet means... "what you eat"

how about trying a diet that's well balanced.
