A Banana is usually the best. There are potassium salt substitutes for people on low sodium diets. Ive tried them and really cant tell much difference. They are a good source as well. The banana is your best bet.
bananas are a great source
bananas and potatoes definitely and sweet potatoes and if you are taking a lot of medicines, sometimes you can't enough of these things to make a difference and have to have a good strong potassium from the health food store.
Orange juice
yogurt
bananas
Bananas are the best.. eat one a night and that will help your potassium levels..especially if you get calve cramps when you sleep because of your low levels.Good Luck
