*Health Issues>>>Heart Diseases issues>>>How do you get rid of heart palpitations??? |
Issue I already went to the doctor. She listened to heart and didnt hear anything strange. I took an EKG and the technician said "sort of normal" and mentioned "early beat". I wont get the results from cardiologist until tomorrow. I still have the question. How do I rid myself of this condition??? Best Tip my friend is suffering from palpitations too, at the moment - a fit, healthy 29 year old. she also had a scan and apparently there's nothing wrong with her heart either. she read in a magazine a few days later that palpitations can be a result of a magnesium deficiency, so she bought a supplement and has felt marvellous ever since! worth a shot....you never know! it's amazing how many ailments are down to diet, really. hope this helps x Others stab it It isn't easy but it can be done. Relaxation is the biggest key. When you find your heart is beating hard you start to panic which in turn makes matters worse. I ask my doc for Zanex and take only on an onset of rapid heartbeat and only a half of one works everytime Breathing exercises work well also De-stress. DO you smoke? i started getting them when i would smoke to much thats why i had to quit because it is scary. Try a chelated Magnesium supplement. Also investigate Coenzyme Q-10 and Hawthorn Berry Extract. Do you suffer from anxiety? If so, do your best to get that under control. Personal experience! |
