How do you look after a heart murmur? Is the operation dangerous?

Best Tip
Heart Murmurs are caused beacause of problems in the heart valves. There are 4 group of heart valves and one or more when affected can cause these murmurs. So, the reason behind the murmur is vital to decide on any treatment. some murmurs in some indivusals can be physiological and may not need treatment. so, the idea is to have the heart scanned by an echocardiogram which will study the valves of the heart and indicate any problem if present.

All surgeries if the heart can be quite dangerous. But again surgeries of the heart are done only when it is absolutely necessary and when the benefits outweigh the risks. I would suggest u have a chat with ur doctor in detail about the condition and the line of treatment. Good Luck!
