*Health Issues>>>Infectious Diseases issues>>>In these times i think everyone should carry a handkerchief.? |
Issue With the possible risk of a worldwide spread of bird flu, and the increase in the number of cases of TB, why is it that people still just sneeze without using one. Best Tip Yes! I agree... 'Coughs and sneezes spread diseases' People are rude - if I cough or sneeze I always put my hand over my mouth or use a tissue, even if I'm not infectious. Apaprently the tube bosses in London are worried about the spread of 'flu too and are trying to bring back the taboo on rude sneezers to avoid the spread of germs. We can always offer tissues to those too impolite to use their own - see if we can shame them into being a bit more considerate! Others i think we should all carry one, good point cos then if we see any kids with stains on there faces ,we could spit on it and clean them up Er yeah... Why don't you suggest it to the prime minister? bird flu can only be caught off birds, not other people, maybe the birdies should carry hankies... I think tissues disposed of hygienically are better off than hankies though. A gentleman should have a hankie to give to a distressed lady not blow his nose on... yes totally agree A few years ago I was out grocery shopping when I walked past one man and my nose instantly started itching and I like I was going to sneeze. Two days later I had the flu. When people have the flu, they need to stay home and get over it instead of going out in public and spreading it around. Its lack of education and upbringing, I'm afraid. What is also distasteful is the use of paper handkerchiefs which are pulled from the pocket or handbag all crusty and then unfolded, blown upon and crunched up and stuffed back in, or, worse still, thrown on the floor. Oh dear! |
