I was injured from running in gym. What should I do??


Issue
The outside of my right leg hurts. I ran the mile and the pain worsened. Should I go to a doctor?? Should I take pain killers when I am in gym??

Best Tip
Go to the doctors dont ice it ,dont put heat on it,do take any medication.... By doing so will make your injury look mild

Try some ibuprofen. Then if that doesn't help, see a doctor.
Ice it.
Call your doctor to make sure you are OK.
Don't run on it for a few days at least.
Don't rely on pain killers at the gym, pain is a warning that something is wrong. You are more likely to hurt yourself on pain killers than help yourself in the long run.
that happen to me go buy ice hot and first you will feel cool then hot you could walk but don't walk that fast and DON'T run if that doesn't works well go see a doctor
