I just snapped my dad's glasses in half and he's asking everyone if they know where they are! HELP!!!? |
Issue I was sitting on the couch, watching T.V., when I was really, really thirsty, okay? So I went into the kitchen to get a glass of water. Well, the fridge was set on ice cubes, and I HATE ice cubes in my water, so I dumped the cubes down the sink. RIGHT before I hit the garbage disposal button, I knocked the glasses into the chute. The glasses lenses were cracked and the bridge snapped in half! I hid them in the garbage under some banana peels, and now they're probably in a dump somewhere. But my dad really needs his glasses, and they were really expensive. What do I do? HELP! Others tell him he needs to learn to "feel his way around the house" Tell him you idiot...if he is a nice dad, he will accept the explanation... fess up 2 it read your question to him and apologize your screwed. sorry. you shouldn't have tossed them. you could have pit them in the driveway half under his car tire or something. with them to hide in a place he will find them, your screwed. you have to own up to it. It's usually better to just tell the truth in the first place. Once you lie, you have two counts against you instead of just one. I agree with the guy who said to use this question to show your father and tell him the truth now and apologize.Then you will learn from this and move on to do better next time. |
