No, it's not normal. Get to your doctor now. SOunds to me like you got a bad case of penis rot. Probably from screwing so many that have all them bad diseases and STD's.

In my experience it has been the other way around, with the bottom being darker than the top. To paraphrase Margaret Cho, "Every **** is a little bit different!" "Apparently their like snowflakes!" If that's the only problem you have then you're in good shape. Don't worry about it.
