well if you are younger than you will lose more cuz ur metabloism wil be faster and if u work out continusely for 30 to 45 minutes and dont stop and eat right 5 days a week for 6 months then i wuld wager 30-60 pounds maybe more...depending on diet, time of workout, and age.

When you diet please remember that you have to eat the minim daily requirements of nutrients or your body will go into the starvation mode and you can't lose weight.
