sit ups....start with 50 a day and work up....flat tummy in no time....good luck Sit ups, swimming, running sit ups r good and swimming ,good luck an ab roller, or ab slide works great. With situps you have to do hudreds of them to see any difference. with an ab slide you do it for 5 mins and you FEEL THE BURN. It works great for me. Do sit ups and/or crunches.Those really work.Start with like 30-40 and every week go up by 5.That'll really help.
