what are some ways to pass a urine test im not in trouble but ive been hering alot of stuff about em and just?

Drink a lot of water, like gallons a day.
Drink plenty of liquids. If you go to GNC or places like that, they usually have this juice, doesn't taste too great and you drink all of it a certain time before you piss and hopefully the urine is too diluted or the drugs have been washed away. The problem is sometimes, when people take those drinks and do the tests, their urine is noticeably diluted, and the test-taker may ask for a re-test. They're not dumb, they know people try to bypass the tests.

I've never had to do a piss test, and I don't think I ever will, because I don't think it's an employer's business what's in your body - as long as you can do the job as well as any of your "clean" coworkers.
Go to Headshop. They carry all sorts of things that will help you pass a urine test. Theres even a thing that you can wear around your waist under your shirt, it has stuff in it, just for these times. A guy that works with my hubby wears one everyday, and hes been tested, and passed. So, it DOES work.
