Today my doc...? |
Issue made a big deal how pale I looked. The minute she walked in she wouldn't stop commenting about my paleness. I went there for an ear/sinus infection. Anyways, she spent more time in awe looking at my face than treating me for the infection. She told me to come in next week for a blood test. I know my self well, I am not usually pale. I've been sick for the last 3 days and I think thats why I looked pale (at least according to her). My skin looked fine to me. Anyways, should I go in for the blood test? I would hate to, I know I'm not anemic b/c I don't display any other symptoms. Best Tip What's wrong with taking your Doctors advice? Isn't it better to have the tests done & find out there is nothing wrong than to not get them done and have problems later? Listen to her.....go get the tests. If nothing else, then she'll stop harping on you about being pale. Good luck Others u should go. maybe something is actually wrong. and it could never hurt just to check. if it was anybody else telling me i looked pale, i would be offended, but a doctor telling me that i would be concerned, blood tests are a way to see whats going on, its your choice dont get offended shes just worried, u should go in just in case, cuz u never kno wut it could be, anyway, if u dont have anythin thats when u can give the a dirty look lol GO for the blood test, you will not loose anything but time if there is nothing wrong with you. If something is wrong then you can say ....Wow what a good doctor I have. See go, go, go...............please. paleness can mean lots of things... get the blood test done just to make sure it isn't anything major! in the meantime, drink some orange juice and maybe take an iron supplement. most doctors are so overworked they dont know that they are doing...they are a joke...in and out...i woulnt believe a word they said...if you really want answers you have to be an asshole and press em for answers |
