Issue Guys, Why do men become obsessed over women they like? Why? Think about her all the time.? Best Tip Obsessive/compulsive behaviour is common in males, especially when it revolves around matters of sex. Women are viewed as "conquests" for alot of men; it's like a hunting ritual, and they can't take their mind off the target in question. Here's an annecdote which isn't 100% relative to this subject, but will explain a bit what I am trying to say: there's this girl at work who is repulsive to my "eyes" (it isn't her looks, but her whole being by the way). The furthest thing in my mind when she's around is sex, especially sex involving a person like herself. Let's just say I was never attracted to her, not even for a moment. Then yesterday she came in a mini skirt, pantyhose, and knee-high boots, and sudently I almost began to have sexual imagery involving her popping in my head. I was concious enough to realise it was an illusion brought upon a cheap trick of wearing sexy clothing. Men are easily manipulated through the promise of sex. Women have known this for ages. Some will excite us to a point where we won't be able to dismiss the imagery or possibility of "what could happen", hence rendering us obsessive, borderline "stalker" material. I cannot offer a more concrete explanation about the "why" and "how" we men are so easily obsessed with women (in general and in particular), except that if we have a bit more dicipline and self-control, we can try to NOT have our lives run my our "mini-me's". Cheers Others Because Were So Sexy. It's typically because we don't have her. Once we do, we aren't as obsessed. women do too, they just take it more maturely. That's what people do..when you like someone, its kind of like a mild obsession, just like when you fall in love its an obsession (not the phsyco ones tho..well not usually..O.o) It's because when you see a girl you really like you are always stressin to try to go out with her or something like that. Then your to shy to ask her out and your stressin even more because the more you slack off tryin your wastin your time because she might find someone before you can get to her. Then you hate yourself becuase you took too long and she already has a boyfriend sounds like he's in LOVE!!! or the person in which you are refering to might WANT the girl but can't HAVE the girl |
