How big is it now? If you are measuring it while it is soft, then it could be anywhere from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. That isn't the measurement that is used to benchmark the progress through puberty into teen years. The average 14 year olds penis while erect would measure about 4 inches in length, measured from the tip down the top side of the shaft to the belly (measured while standing up looking down at it sticking out)

Keep in mind that 4 inches is the average, not the rule. Boys continue to grow in height and body weight until they are about 19 to 20 years old, but their testicles, scrotum and penis continues to grow until they are about 25 years old. There are some 14 and 15 year old boys who have erect penises that measure exceptionally high on the ruler, like 6 to 7 inches in length. Those boys, and the ones who have the 4 incher, will all be (or nearly) the same size by the time they graduate from high school.
