Is penile enhancement for real or is it just a hoax?

I have always been a sceptic at penile size enhancement. I believe that the penis is a pretty complicated organ of the male human body and to enhance it can be tricky. Has anybody actually had their penis size enhanced?

a good friend of mine had a penile enhancement put in a few years ago. he had medical problems that kept him from staying hard.it looked wierd and felt like a big thing ;bendable with a long piece of plastic..i guess it made him feel better ;but to me it felt to wierd to enjoy. it bent to much;i felt like it was gonna break.. thanks but;no thanks Source(s): been there

As a physician, I will tell you that most are worthless for enhancement, however they do cause better erections. Suction pumps or weights work but they also do damage, The organ is distorted internally and a full erection becomes difficult....Don't waste your money.
If you get a "yes" answer to this question, please let me know as I have tried everything for five years in an attempt to increase my penis size. I honestly got my penis up to 11" in a pump but it was a temporary thing and not permanent. I've used pills, patches, tension devices, weights, pumps and anything else on the market and nothing has worked. I hate to think how much money I have spent over the years, but that is the main objective of these people in selling their gimmicks. Save your money, they don't work..........
Do you know what Viagra is? Of course - because as soon as someone developed a pill to help with erections, it was on TV, Oprah, in the papers, magazines - everywhere!

Now, don't you think if there was actually a pill or cream or whatever that would make men bigger, you'd have heard about that too? The company would be richer than Microsoft!

No, there are no such pills; just a lot of greedy people willing to part gullible people from their money.
